Mr. Wang Ge He is the Chairman of CASH Capital (Beijing) Investment Management

Co.,ltd, the Chairman of Oriental Science and Instrument Holdings Limited Company

of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chairman of Beijing Oriental Science and

Technology Integrated Co., Ltd. (Stock code:002819). At the same time, he served as

an expert judge and entrepreneurship mentor of the China Entrepreneurship

Competition of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chairman of the “Belt

and Road Science Alliance” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the private

equity investment advisor of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China

(“IAMAC“)，the Vice-President of Zhongguancun Venture Capital And Private

Equity Association(“ZVCPE”), the visiting professor of the School of Economics and

Management in the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Executive

Director of the China Instrument and Control Society.

Mr. Wang Ge has more than 30 years of experience as a high-tech startup company

founder, general manager of technology companies, and chairman of a large integrated

holding group company. He has 12 years of rich experience in equity fund management

and investment, and has initiated and managed several venture capital and private

equity funds.

Mr. Wang Ge holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in business administration. He is also a visiting scholar at State University of New York.
